If you have an active Infinite Campus Portal account and don't remember your username or password, click on Help, select Forgot your password? or Forgot your username? on the Portal login screen to retrieve this information.
If you need to create a Campus Portal account you should contact your child's school office and ask them to mail you your Campus Portal Welcome Letter.
If you are experiencing trouble logging into your active account after you have completed the steps above, email the District Technology Support at support@elkmound.k12.wi.us. Support is available Monday- Friday 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
